Ted Bienkowski is in charge of collecting all the delicious food that will be available during the auction, and organizing the volunteers who will prepare and serve it. Manning the booth will be: Thursday, Dallas Rotary; Friday, Dallas Lions; Saturday, Harveys Lake Yacht Club; Sunday, Back Mountain Business & Professional Association. Finance Committee Mellon Bank manager Debbie Kinney has taken on this challenging job for the first time. Her committee is responsible for handling the auction's checking account, collecting money and keeping totals from the various booths, signing checks, paying bills, tracking sales across the block and all other financial work. Kinney has recruited teams of volunteers from Back Mountain banks — tellers and other employees who are expert in handling money. “I was appointed manager at the Dallas branch in January and am looking . forward to the auction as another way to meet many of our customers in the community,” she said.
