He graduated from Kingston High School and from the Wyoming Seminary Dean School of Business. During World War II he served with the U.S. Army Air Corps. Prior to retirement in 1976, he had been employed by Nelson Manufacturing Co., Wyoming as an office manager. He was a member of George M.
