Crispell, Sr., 71, of Beaumont died Feb. 1, 1995, at Towanda Memorial Hospital. Born in Beaumont, he was the son of the late John and Helen Hoover Crispell. He was a graduate of Beaumont schools and attended Mansfield State College for two years. For more than 40 years, he resided in Luzerne where he co- owned and operated Bibwells Garage, later known as Crispell's. After retiring in he moved to Beaumont and lived there for 10 years. He then moved due to illness to Warren Center, where he lived with his daughter, Edith Fassett for a year. He was preceded in death by brother, John and sister, Letha Race. Surviving in addition to his daughter, are sons, Kenneth Jr., Beaumont; Claude, Burdett, NY; daughter, Carol Riaubia, Sweet Valley; 13 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brother, Albert, Levittown; sister Alma Brown, Beaumont; several nieces and nephews. Interment, Beaumont Ceme- tery. ALBERT ECKMAN Albert Hanford Eckman of Ocala, Fla., died Feb. 4, 1995 at home following an illness. Born inJamestown, NY, he was a son of the late Martin Albert and Sigrid Ahlquist Eckman. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth Lawson. He was employed for many years as a superintendent and general manager by Pier Aircraft in Lock Haven and Oklahoma. He was also a general manager of Trucksville, during the 1950s. In 1960 he left for Florida, where he became active in Chamber of Commerce work. He was a past president of the Dallas Rotary Club. Surviving are his wife, the for- mer Lois White Bahnick; sons, Kenneth, Ocala, Fla; Hanford L. Shavertown; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Hazel Anderson and Agnetta Johnson, both of Jamestown, NY. He was a member of the Trucksville Volunteer Fire Co. and an active member of the Luzerne County Council of the Blind. He had resided at Lake Silkworth for the past 48 years. He was employed as a coal miner for various mines in the Wyoming Valley for 30 years and owned and operated a dairy farm at Lake Silkworth. He was a member of St. Ca- simir’s Church, Lyndwood. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Daddow- Isaacs American Legion Post 672, Dallas; and Veterans of Foreign Wars Anthracite Post 2833, King- ston. He and his wife the former Frances Klansek, celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary Nov. 23. He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Surviving in addition to his wife, are son, Ralph Jr., Kremmling, Colo.; Thomas, Lake Silkworth; David, West Nanticoke; sister, Anna Cusick, Dallas; three grand- children.
