Yazwinsky has graduated from the aero- space propulsion specialist (jet engine) course at Sheppard Air Force Base, Wichita Falls, Texas. Students learned repair and maintenance of jet engines and ground safety practices when using ground support equipment. Included in the training were maintenance documentation and manhour account- ing, as applicable to engine maintenance. ~ Yazwinsky is the son of retired Army Sgt. 1st Class Michael A. and Loretta A. Yazwinky of Mt. Olivet Road, Kingston Twp. He is a 1993 graduate of Bishop O'Reilly High School, Kingston. Updyke completes Army basic training Army Pvt. Christopher D. Updyke has completed basic training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. During the training, students received instruction in drill and ceremonies, weapons, map reading, tactics, military courtesy, military justice, first aid and Army history and traditions.
