Selected by Dallas Photo patrons, the winner was Shaver- town resident Debra Ketchner, in a scarecrow outfit; second place went to Nicole Clemson of Dallas and third place to Christine Kazmierski of Hunlock Creek. First place prize was a 35 mm compact camera, film and developing; second and third place winners received a free enlargement.
