WEIDNER Donald W. i nN 1994, at his home following an illness. He was born in Dallas, Sept. 28, 1935, the son of the late Earl and Mildred Higgins Weidner. He has resided in Lehman for the last 30 years. He was employed as a press- man at the Dallas Post, Dallas and for Offset Paperback Mfrs., Inc., Dallas for the last 24 years where he was the Safety and Health Manager. He was a mem- ber of the Lehman United Meth- odist Church, where he served as a certified lay speaker. He was a member of the International Or- der of the Odd Fellows, Osage Lodge #712, Lehman, where he served as Past Noble Grand, and Past District Deputy Grand Mas- ter. He was also president of the Ben L. Jenkins Welfare Bureau, [.O.O.F. He was trained as a paramedic in Scranton and was instrumental in helping to estab- lish the first paramedic unit in the Back Mountain Area. He was also chief of the Lehman Ambulance Association. He also served as the United Way Chairman and Red Cross Coordinator for Offset Pa- perback Mfrs. He and his wife, the former Shirley Fox, celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary January 4, 1994. He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard. Surviving in addition to his wife are: sons, Robert H. Weidner, Richmond, VA; Donald Earl Weid- ner, at home; daughters, Mrs. Jeffrey (Denise) Stonier, Kunkle; Mrs. Kevin (Kimberly) Weidner Carpenter, Philadelphia; brother, William J.
