Dallas, died March 7, 1994, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Wilkes- - Barre. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the . late John and Sarah Thompson Dobson. He was a graduate of Northeast Philadelphia High School and Palmer Business College. - Following his graduation he was employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Liquid Fuels. He later was employed in the auditing depart- ment of Pennsylvania Gas & Water Company. ~~ He most recently was employed as the super- visor of the Wilkes-Barre office of the Pennsyl- vania Department of Labor and Industry until retiring. ; He had resided in Dallas for the past 35 ‘years. An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Daddow Isaacs American Legion Post 672, Dallas. He was also a member of the Pennsylvania Retired Employee Association and was a 50-year member of Pilgrim Lodge 712, F&AM, Philadelphia. Surviving are his wife, the former Catherine. Molchan; son, David, Santa Rosa, Calif.; two grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday from the Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, 672 Memorial Highway, Dallas, with the Rev. An- drew Kurovsky officiating. Interment will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Courtdale. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until time of services Thursday.
