She was’ employed as a waitress for the Hawthorne Inn, Warwick, NY, retiring in 1960. She was a member of the Living Faith Free Methodist Church, Trucksville. After retiring, he became interested in design- ing energy efficient homes and was a member of the Energy Effi- cient Builders and the Northeast Solar Energy Association. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II, serving as a ball turret gunner. He was a member of Daddow-Isaacs American Le- gion Post 672, Dallas. He was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Garris. Surviving are his wife, the for- mer Catherine Wagner; son, A. Nesbitt, Richmond, Ind.; daugh- ters, Mrs. Ronald (Donna) East- mead, Trenton, NJ; Mrs. Richard (Denise) Wilbur, Mansfield; five grandchildren. An Army veteran of World War II, he also served in the Pennsylvania National Guard, 109th Field Artillery, prior to the war. He was employed for a number of years in the garment industry as a presser. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Nancy Cawley; sisters, Anita Moriera and Helen Augusto.
