RSVP seek tax program volunteers The Retired Senior Volunteer Program of the Luzerne/Wyoming County Bureau For the Aging is currently seeking volunteers for the1994 Tax Assistance Program. Volunteers must be age 55 and older, attend the eight day training program from the IRS and the Pa. Department of Revenue and volunteer a minimum of one day per week.
