I really enjoy work- ing with the girls at Lake-Lehman. They have never refused fo work hard. “We have some outstanding players,” said Rogers. “Jessica Kenny has the chance to be one of the best setters in the league. “This team reminds me of a team we had here four years ago,” added Rogers. We came into the season very inexperienced and we lost a tough game to Crestwood. But we finished the season at 12-2 and the sophomores on that team went on to become an undefeated dis- trict champion.” KEYS TO SUCCESS: “My big- gest concern is that we don’t beat ourselves,” said Rogers. “We can't give away points by not serving well. We can’t let anyone get back into a game when we have them beat. We know there are teams in the league we can beat. But there are a bunch of teams that can sneak up on you and beat you if you're not ready to play. Our young girls have to come through for us as well.” LEHMAN GIRLS’ VOLLEYBALL Sept. 8 West Side Tech 14 Hanover 16 Pittston 21 Coughlin 24 Tunhannock 27 North Pocono 30 Wyoming Area H Abington HeightsA 7 Hazleton Nanticoke 15 Dallas 18 GAR 21 Crestwood 26 W.
