The men were Bob Hart, Mike McGovern, Dave Mulligan, Bill McGovern and Dave Hanson. These men volunteered many hours and lent their expertise in welding to removing, recribbing and reinstalling the tank on Harveys Lake Tanker Truck #27. The tanker holds 2,100 gallons of water and is a vital link in water resources for rural firefighting. Shown in the photo, standing in front of the tanker are some of the members of Harveys Lake Fire & Ambulance who turned out to show their appreciation. BMT Bloomers to hold its first flower show May 12-15 The Back Mountain Bloomers Garden Club presents the area's first Standard Flower Show on May 12-16. The event, to be held at Montage Mountain, will feature juried exhibits in three divisions, landscaped displays, floral and garden markets, lectures and educational exhibits. The show is open to amateur entries only and the public is invited to attend. All proceeds benefit the Northeast- ern Pennsylvania Philharmonic.
