12 The Dallas Post Dallas, PA Wednesday, March 17, 1993 SCHOOL Dallas High will present Twelfth Night Dallas High School students are now in rehearsal for William Shakespeare's comedy Twelfth Night. One of Shakespeare's most enjoyable comedies, the play of- fers something for everyone, with music, slapstick, farce and witty dialogue. This production will incorpo- rate colorful period costuming created by Ms. Aubrey Ide and her Math team is most improved Recently a team of students from the Dallas Middle School took part in the annual Math- Counts Competition. The team was selected from eighth grade Algebra students and the seventh grade Mathematics students in the Gifted Program. Team mem- bers were David Choe, Joy Mor- gan, Justin. Jumper, Michael Zalatimo and alternate David Williams. The competition was made up of a field of 14 teams. The Math- Counts team of Dallas Middle School won the trophy for the Most Improved School in the re- gional competition at Penn State Lehman Campus. student staff, as well as an inter- esting platform stage created by Director Donald Hopkins and the student crews. The play is sched- uled for April 2 and 3 in the high school auditorium. The cast includes seniors Amanda Marshall, Theresa Fagan, Andrew Schwartz, Matthew Ma- hony, David Seidel, Casey Ker- nag, Jill Kowalski and Becky Yurko. Underclassmen include Kathy Delinsky, Drew Bishop, Scott Sobocinski, Traci Gusher, Molly Baines, Cathy Grossman, Mark Herstek and Jeff Krehely. Stage manager is Trina Huynh, assisted by Laura Seidel. Crew chiefs include: stage, Bill Camp; lighting, Stephen Miknevich; and props, Julie Myers.
