Penn State baseball clinic March 20 Penn State Wilkes-Barre will hold its Fifth Annual Baseball Clinic on Saturday, March 20, in the Athletics and Recreation Building on the campus in Lehman. Clinic for the six to nine-year old players will be held from 8:30 a.m.to 11 a.m. witha fee of $18.00. Clinic for players 10 years and older will run from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a fee of $30. Wilkes slates Hall of Fame inductions The Wilkes Athletics Hall of Fame will honor Joe Windl, Sandy Bloomberg, Marv Antinnes, Len Batroney, John Carr, Ted Yeager, Jim Ferris, George Ralston and the late Art Hoover on Saturday, May 1 of this year at a banquet at the Marts Sports and Conference Center. On Jan. 1, 1923, she married Paul Nulton Sr. and moved to Beaumont to take over the opera- tion of the Nulton Funeral Home. They operated the funeral home for 53 years until his death in 1976. She attended Northmoreland Baptist Church. She was a mem- ber of the Dallas Order of Eastern Star 396. She was prceded in death by a son, Paul Nulton Jr., in 1989. Surviving are a son, the Rev. Born in Shavertown, Kingston Township, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Nettie Brown Snyder. She lived in the Fernbrook section of Dallas for the past 58 years. She was a graduate of Bloomsburg State College and College Misericordia. She was an elementary school teacher in the Dallas School Dis- trict for 25 years before retiring in 1965. She was a member of the East Dallas United Methodist Church, the Misericordia Alumni Associa- tion. She was also a member of Nesbitt Hospital Women's Auxil- jary; and the Luzerne County Teachers Association. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred C., and son Harry.
