Bom in Sliedrecht, Holland, ' May9, 1923, he was the son of the late Leendert and Neeltje Boer deLeur. He came to the U.S. in 1952 and resided in Sunnyside, Wash., and then in Wyckoff, NJ, before moving to Harveys Lake in 1967. He was a self-employed stone mason for most of his life, retiring 5 years ago. He and his wife the former Hendrika Visacher celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary - last May. He was preceded in death by a « grandson, John Robert deLeur. Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary Purcell Lipko. He was a member of Holy Trin- ity Russian Orthodox Church, Wilkes-Barre. He was the past president of the R Club, the Tatra Club of Luzerne County and also the Pennsylvania Businessman'’s Credit Union. He was a life mem- ber of the Elk's Club, Wilkes-Barre Lodge 109, and past chairman of the house committee. He was Grand Master of Liberty Lodge of the Odd Fellows. He was a member of the Na- tional Associaton of Watch and Clock Collectors Inc. He was for- mer assistant manager of Peoples clothing store. He was the man- ager of Moskin's in Altoona; Wilmington, Del.,, and Wilkes- Barre. He was the owner of Al's and Ray's Apparel, Wilkes-Barre and founder of Ye Olde Clock Shoppe, Dallas.
