December 16 old photo identified The Old Christmas Photo published December 16 had some interesting responses. We learned who the people are as well as.some background information. Our thanks goes to Bob Rave and Noncy Hughes Dukes-who-gave-us the following information... i : The childrenwere all neighbors of the late photographer, James. Kozemchak and all were from the es Huntsville Road Area. The photo with the children and sheep was actually taken at Hillside Farms, but Mr. Kozemchak superimposed it with a photo he had (of a camel and tree and star) of an annual display, at Lehman Center. There will be plenty of free parking and vendors and their associates will have reserved parking at the Card Show. The monies the Back Mountain Kiwanis raises in these types of events are used to help the community, espcially the youth of this area. 24800 #4 We also learned from Nancy Hughes Dukes that her family had been burned out and they lost all their photos in the fire. It gives The Dallas Post great pleasure to present this photo to Nancy, she now has something from her childhood memories that didn’t go with the fire. Pictured with live lambs are, from left, Nancy Hughes, Robert Rave, Dan Hughes, Eileen (Dean) Hughes, Ann Crispell and Barbara Hughes. Do you have an old photo to share with our readers? Bring it to our office at 45 Main Road in Dallas (across from Offset Paperback). We can prepare it for publication without damaging the original. Photos with historical interest, such as buildings or land- scapes that no longer exist are of particular interest.
