She married Perry Patton on Dec. 22, 1921, and moved to Noxen, where she resided her life- time. She attended Bowman's Creek Free Methodist Church and worked in a Noxen dress factory until she was 73. A Noxen group regularly produced quilts at her home until about two years ago. She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry, in 1974; son, Arnold, 1988; seven brothers and a sister. Surviving are sons, Harvey and Glenn, both of Noxen; Lawrence, Evans Falls; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brother, Howard, Idetown; sister, Mrs. Ruth Zenger, Tunkhannock; several nieces and nephews.
