Traveling in 21 vehicles from their winter base in Sarasota, Florida, the circus performs in 18 states from Florida to Maine, ussually stopping to perform in a dif- ferent town each day of the week. Under 200 feet of canvas tent, professional aerialists, jugglers, clowns, acrobats, and animals trainers with more than 20 ani- mals put on a two-hour show. Roberts Brothers is one of less than 20 circuses left in the country which still perform under a tent. The engagement is sponsored by the Harveys Lake Business Tourism Association to raise funds for community services in our area, according to Damien Kaye, circus chairman.
