McCann, president of the Tioga County Council on the Arts, recently had her piece “Winter's Lace” selected for the 59th Regional Exhibition at the Arnot Art Museum in Elmira, New York. Four of her water color paintings were shown at the first show in Albany in 1987 to honor women artists of New York. The exhibition is free and open to the public.
