Tracy Honko wins free throw contest Tracy Honko, daughter of Tony and Carol Honko of Clearfield, former Dallas residents has re- cently won the Knights of Colum- bus State Free Throw Champion- ship in the 13-year-old age divi- sion. The 8th grade student from St. Francis School represented the Holy Family Council from Morris- dale. She made 13 of 15 free throws to win the council championship, 21 of 25 to win both the district and regional and 23 of 25 to win the state title. Tracy a starter for the past three TRACY HONKO years on the junior high basektball team, was named MVP this year. She is the granddaughter of Barbara Evans of Dallas and the late Matthew Evans and Anthony and Leona Honko of Plymouth. The Mountaineers are cur- rently behind Lehman in the Class AA standings.
