Hackling, 55, of Noxen, died Jan. 30, 1992, at Wilkes- Barre General Hospital after an illness. A lifelong resident of Noxen, he was born Jan. 24, 1937, the son of the late Lewis R. and Anna Cragle Hackling. He was a 1954 graduate of Lake-Noxen High School. He was employed by Allied Signal, formerly the Bendix Corporation, Montrose, for 29 years, and was also owner and operator of the Neptune Nursery, Noxen. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean _ War. He was a member of St. Luke's Reformation Lutheran Church, Noxen; the 20 Limited Gun Club, South Mountain;’ and Gardner Warner American Legion Post 154, Montrose. He and his wife, the former Ann Marie Faulls, celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on July 22, 1991. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert H.
