Griffiths recently received a Doctor of Education degree in educational administra- tion with an emphasis on school law from Pennsylvania State Uni- versity, University Park, Pa. Dr. Griffiths graduated from G.A.R. High School and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from East Stroudsburg University. He also holds a Master of Science degree in education from Wilkes University and a Master of Sci- ence degree in counseling from Marywood College. He is currently the principal of the Dallas Middle School, Dallas. Also, Governor Casey appointed him as a member of the Pennsyl- vania Professional Standards and Practices Commission.
