Historical Society staff and David Seidel of Boy Scout Troop 281 in Dallas are coordinating the ~ repairs to the exhibit room and updating the exhibit display for Seidel's Eagle Scout project. Boy Scouts and their families from Troop 281 have provided over 200 volunteer hours to the project. George C. Hasay is accus- tomed to running - for office but on Sunday, April 7, he will be walking - for charity. Hasay will take partinthe 1991 Super Cities Walk sponsored by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The 15-Kilometer walk will take place around Harveys Lake. “Through efforts such as this : { } P d — a a ee a 2 lei ds sr hte walk, research can continue to find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis,” Hasay said. : Hasay said that he has received donations and pledges from sev- eral colleagues and friends. Individuals or businesses who would like to make pledges or donations to the cause may send them to Hasay at 63 W. Main St., Shickshinny, Pa. 18655. “Donations will be gratefully accepted there until May 6,” he said. “I am not exactly ‘Mr. Physical Fitness’.
