Courses geared specifically for the Graduate Record Exam (GRE), - Manager, states, “Although our secondary school system prepares a student to face the challenges of the workplace, many companies are discovering some applicants that can not read.” She continues, “Since today's students are tomor- row’s customers and tomorrow's employees, we need to get involved.” The “Choices” program will be offered to high school students within Commonwealth Telephone Company's service area beginning inJanuary, 1991. The first session has been scheduled for the Dallas Senior High School students. On December 17, 1990, a “Choices” kick-off meeting was held at Com- monwealth Telephone Company, Dallas, with representatives from the Dallas School District. Headquartered in Dallas, Pa., Commonwealth Telephone Com- pany serves more than 180,000 customers in 20 counties through- out Eastern Pennsylvania. It is the 21st largest telephone company in the United States. Graduate Management Admis- sions Test (GMAT), and the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT) will be offered throughout the Spring semester at the community col- lege. Each course will consist of four sessions each, and will be held on Saturdays, from9a.m. to5 p.m. at the LCCC Educational Conference Center.
