The first four weeks will cover dressing wet (lies, nymphs, and streamers. The last four weeks will | concentrate on dressing dry flies. After any “snow emergency” is declared, it shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle or to allow that vehicle to remain parked on a street where the borough's road crews must plow and remove snow. All violators will be fined. Snow and ice shall be removed from sidewalks within five hours after the same shall have ceased to fall or form. When there is a storm during nighttime hours, sidewalks will be cleaned before 10 a.m. the following day. Residents failing to comply with this order will be fined $10.00. Winter parking ordinance in effect in Kingston Township Kingston Township Police Chief Paul M. Sabol reminds residents that the Winter Parking Ordinance is in effect, as of November 1, 1990 through March 31, 1991. Under this ordinance residents are pro- hibited from parking vehicles on township streets between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. each day. The ordinance is designed to keep the township streets open and clear so that snow removal measures can be effectively under- taken by the Road Department. The Chief urges all township residents to cooperate in comply- ing with the Township Ordinance.
