All Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts are invited to attend. The program is open to all de- nominations. Registration will be 9 to 9:30 a.m. Register boys by name and group, the fee is $1.50 for boys and $3.00 for adults. The Program will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will include a morning snack, lunch, segment ~ and craft. The boys will be super- vised and car-pooling is recom- mended. Fancy Fair “at Laceyville this weekend The annual Fancy Fairand Craft Sale will be held at the Oldest East Main Street, day, October 19 and 20 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Homemade items of all sorts will be featured at the fair of fancy wares. Decorations, tree ornaments, needlework and wooden pieces will be offered for gift-giving and home - use for the holidays and all year round. The two day event will also feature a bake sale of fudge, pies, cakes, sweet breads and cookies as well as a wide variety of home canned relishes, pickles, jams and jellies. Lunches will be offered from the kitchen to include vegetable beef soup, chili, a variety of sand- wiches with the usual funnel cakes from down in the keepin’ room. Books, magazines and records will also be sold at a special clearance price for the season. Folks interested in preserving the old landmark have been pre- paring items for weeks to assure the success of the event.
