The two ~ sessions will begin at 9 a.m. and will end at 5:30 p.m, The weekend \ course will be taught by . certified Thresholds teachers! Thresholds has been in exis- tence at the State Correctional Institution for the past 13 years. The administration of the institu- tion is actively supporting this course in decision making and problem solving taught as part of their pre-release program. In addition to the training week- “end, the volunteers would have to ~ make a time commitment of 10 weeks, for the most part one eve- ning (or the equivalent time on Saturday morning or afternoon a week. SAMUEL GARDNER Gardners to hold open house for 50th anniversary Roberta and Samuel Gardner will be celebrating their 50th anniversary at an open house at their home in Orange on September 15. Robert and Priscilla Gardner will host the open house from 2-5 p.m. All family members and friends are invited The former Patricia Eaton of Orange and Samuel Gardner of West Pittston were married September 14, 1940 at the Carverton parsonage by the Rev. Bunney's hold reunion The family of Thomas and Mary Bunney held their 15th annual reunion on August 11, at the home of their son John and his wife, Beverly. It was a day of fun, games, and relaxation. Approximately 55 family members were in attendance. Mr. and Mrs. Bunney are the parents of seven children, 17 grand- children and 18 great-grandchildren, the newest additions to the family is Preston, the son of Brian and Tammy Bunney, and the twin daughters of Bob and Terri Besecker, Cecelia and Courtney. The next family reunion will be August 10, 1991 at the home of John and Beverly Bunney.
