The program opened with the induction of 14 new members into the Dallas Chapter of the National Honor Society, followed by the invocation given by Fred M. Templin, supervisor of curriculum and instruction. Following dinner, special plaques were presented by depart- ~ ment heads to the top academic students in each of the three classes.
