DENMON Staff Writer “Today we're going to see the '3- D Show," Beth Hassrick of Aubrey Productions, New York, told the students from Dallas Elementary School in kindergarten through fifth grade. Aubrey Productions. LTD., crea- tors of the show, specialize in three- dimensional displays for educa- tion, art, entertainment and ad- vertising. 3-D meaning three dimensions- height, width and depth-creating the illusion of three dimensions in a two-dimensional picture as seen in real life. Looking through 3-D glasses, the students had an unforgettable adventure in perception as they viewed a thrilling multimedia slide show where images seemed to jump right off the large screen in the front of the multipurpose room. Science, history, art, and enter- tainment were combined with an information packed, fun-filled experience. The 3-D presentation was infor- mative as well as fun and every student received a pair of 3-D glasses to take home. The program was part of the series of enrichment programs for the Dallas Elementary School which are coordinated and funded through the PTO.
