Bunching the daffodils Three troops of Girl Scouts worked together to sell, prepare, and deliver more than 2,100 bunches of daffodils to the Back Mountian area last week. The project was done to help the American Cancer Society with its annual fundraiser. The girls worked many nights at the Trucksville United Methodist Church getting the flowers ready to be delivered. The daffodils were shipped from the state of Washing- ton and had to be separated and wrapped for individual sale. Also, the girls spent last Friday selling flowers and area banks and other establishments. The Girl Scout troops taking part in the work were: Troop #622, whose leader is Karen Adams and assistant is Pat Zikor; Troop #630, with leader Jamie Kozemko and assistant Marlene Miller; and Troop #631, whose leader is April Scheller.
