Ostrowski, Senior Vice President-Investments, has been elected a member of the 1990 Chairman's Council of Prudential- Bache Securities, it was announced by George L. Ball, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the in- vestment banking and brokerage firm. The Prudential-Bache Chari- man’s Council consists of 100 members selected annually from the firm's over 6,500 account ex- ecutives. Lois Disque honored as Red Cross Volunteer of the Month The Wyoming Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross is pleased to announce that Lois Disque of Dallas, has been chosen as Volun- teer of the Month of March. Lois, an R.N., employed by Mercy Hospital became a Red Cross vol- unteer in 1986. She coordinates 18 Back Mountain collections each year. This involves finding approxi- mately 188 volunteers who would be willing to commit 5-6 hours of volunteer work performing tasks ranging from registration of blood donors to serving refreshments after their donation. In addition to being a blood collection coordina- tor, Lois also serves on the Back Mountain Blood Council. As Volunteer of the Month, Lois will receive a Red Cross gift; Sun- day Brunch, compliments of Gen- etti's Best Western Motor Inn; a movie of her choice, compliments LOIS DISQUE of the Valley Auto Club and will be featured in the next issue of the Valley Volunteer.
