The students researched the history, culture and designed posters on Chinese lifestyle. A class discussion was conducted on the current student protests in Beijing. Mrs. Rosa Lee, wife of Mr. Eric Lee of the Peking Chef Restaurants, spoke to the class on customs and gave a demonstration on Chi- nese writing. The week's activities were culminated with a Chinese lunch complete with chopsticks and fortune cookies.
