If you enjoy working with children in an out- door setting, have a willigness to learn and communicate ideas to others, and can attend a one day training session, you may find this to be a very rewarding experience. This position involves facilitat- ing outdoor learning activities with school groups during the spring and fall and organized groups in the summer months. No formal experience is necessasry. DENMON Staff Writer The recent blood drive held at its quota of 160 pints but itwas a. great improvement over previous | general community drives, accord- ing to Back Mountain American Red Cross Blood Drive volunteer John Lloyd. “In previous drives for the gen- eral community donors, we achieved less than 100 pints,” Lloyd explained. “The next gen- eral community drive will be July 6 at a location to be announced.” Other blood drives coming up are April 13, College Misericordia which is for students and faculty only; April 17, Dallas Senior High School, also for students and fac- ulty only; and May 3, St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Shavertown, industrial drive. These drives have been more successful during the past year than they have been for some time.
