According to Pencek, “This 800 number will make VRC serv- ices to victims of violent crimes more accessible to the people of Wyoming County whether their victimization is domestic violence, robbery, sexual assault, or mur- der of a loved one.” The new number is 1-800-331- 3261. Rural residents have already used the VRC hotline on a 24-hour basis, but the new 800 number offers free accessibility.
