Yenason is female lead in Lullaby” Showcase Theatre will present ~ a Workshop Production of Don Appel's Comedy, “Lullaby”, at its new facility located at 54 Tunkhan- nock Avenue, Exeter, the last weekend of January, according to President Jane Tomassetti of Trucksville. Female lead in the production is Back Mountain resident Diane Yenason of Dallas. She will be seen as a brassy cigarette girl who meets and marries a truckdriver, inside of three days. Male lead will be portrayed by Scott Clarke of Nanticoke. The frollicking comedy is being directed by Joseph Ristagno of West Pittston, and will be pre- sented at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, Jan. 27 and 28. On Sunday, Jan. 29, curtain time is 7 p.m. Dessert and coffee will be served from 6 p.m. on Sunday, proceeds to benefit the organization's building fund. Also appearing in the produc- tion are Dorris M. Rumbel of Wilkes-Barre portraying the bossy mother of the 38-year old truckdriver...and Michael Toole of West Pittston, appearing as the hotel bellhop. Ristagno stated that “Lullaby” was first done in 1954 at the Ly- ceum Theatre in new York and was called “a hilarious adventure” by the New York Times. “Lullaby” is being presented as a Special Wrokshop production in continued observance of the 25th Anniversary Year of Showcase Theatre. it is being presented in addition to Showcase's announced 1988-89 season and tickets are | not included in the Angel Sub- scription Package.
