Dallas Elementary students watch 'A Christmas Carol’ Last Thursday, the children and teachers of the Dallas Elementary School were transported (in spirit, of course) to the England of Charles Dickens on a special Christmas Eve. They watched, with fascination, as a miserly Ebenezer Scrooge, filled with the true spirit of Christmas, emerged as a good and generous man. 2 “A Christmas Carol” that time- less and universal story, was per- formed by a New England Theateri- cal Touring Company known as the: Hamstead Players. The play, which was kept very much to the original in both message and form, was performed in Full period custome with two actors each playing several roles. : This play is one of a series of enrichment programs which are planned and funded by the Dallas Elementary PTO.
