BY BONNIE DOMBROSKI Staff Writer The fence and siren project at the State Correctional Insti- tute at Dallas (SCID) is over 99 percent complete, according to Superintendent Joseph Ryan. There has been some prelimi- nary testing done on the sirens and a change order has been issued to do some additional work on the siren in Lehman Township. Ryan said that a chain-link fence will be added to act as a deterrent to vandal- ism at that site which is located in an isolated area.
