Elementary School recently was
a huge success for Boy Scout
Troop 331 of Harveys Lake as
five new members were wel-
comed to the troop. They are
Richard Faux, Leonard Azarav-
ich, Matt Collura, Kyler Hadsall
and Jessie Hadsall.
The troop members and their
families met at Rickett’s Glen
on October 12 and hiked the
trail and had a cookout at the
picnic area. Troop members
spent October 17, 18 and 19 at
the Fall Camporee at Camp
Acahela. On October 29, the
group held a Halloween party at
the Lake School.
To join the troop, simply
attend a meeting any Wednes-
dasy evening at 7:30 p.m. at the
Lake-Noxen Elementry School
and find out what a competitive
and learning experience Scout-
ing can be.
Getting ready
Lori Kraynak and Ginger Williams, both seventh grade
students at Dallas Junior High School, sort through hoops
used during the Marching Mountaineers’ halftime show of a
recent football game.
Thanks.
