Haddonfield Hills looked like Maxie’s Flea Market on Saturday morning as cars lined up both sides of the road to look for bargains. People parked at one end of the road and walked and bar- gained all the way around the block. I missed out on this one and I could see the dollars I wasn’t making by not being a part of it. Hats off to the ladies who organized this sale, I'm told it will be an annual event, next year I know at least one more house will be added. Read the garage sale ads every week in The Dallas Post and attend them. You always find something that’s a conversation piece if noth- ing else and they are fun. -0- DIANE AND JOSEPH DES ROCKERS, we welcome you to Haddonefield Hills and to the § Back Mountain. § The Des Rochers moved into the lovely home they purchased from Marge Wimmer Ruch on Saturday during all the traffic and congestion of our first annual garage sale. We want you to know we are a quiet, friendly neighborhood, and it’s a very peaceful area to live in. Your move happened to be on a rather unusual day. I am your neighbor Jean Hillard, I live two doors up from you and I'm putting a copy of The Dallas Post in your mailbox. Now if you read my column, you’ll better understand our neighborhood and I look forward to meeting you later this week. Welcome to Haddonfield Hills! 0 DAVE AND MICHELLE MOSS, owners of Moss Machinery in Sweet Valley, are up to something in Dallas. Betty Sorchik of Sweet Valley had no fears as she boarded a plane in Newark, New Jersey to go on a planned tour with her aunt to England. We all pray she has a safe very good trip and returns to us Saturday as planned. -0- ! PAUL AND ALISA NULTON, ince 1968 and Alisa reports it was just wonderful. The Nultons toured most of Flor- ida, always on the move with no special destinations at any set time. As they were traveling over the Blue Ridge Mountains the fog was so dense they sought a place to sleep to get out of it. Finding a hotel with a vacancy it turned out to be one of their most scenic pleasures of the trip. The view was breathtaking overlooking the mountains and nature’s beauty. There are many lodges in those areas and the Nultons would some- day like to go back to the Blue Ridge Mountains and horseback ride thru that area, that sounds terrific! : -0- MR. AND MRS.
