Mr. Felty, Professor of Chemistry at Penn State (Lehman Campus) and his wife, Joan, have two chil- dren, Colleen (15) and Hope (13). Mrs. Felty does volunteer work for various local non-profit organiza- tions such as Association of Retarded Citizens and Association of Mental Retardation.
