DORA HISLOP Mrs. Dora Ross Hislop, 79, of According to Bob Besecker, Fire Chief of Dallas, a structure fire early Monday morning at the heme of Donald Rome, Peartree Lane, Dallas, resulted in about $20,000 damage. A neighbor called the Dallas Fire Company at 3:20 a.m. to report the fire which started in the basement of the dwelling. It is believed the blaze was started by a short in the wiring of an electrical heating unit.
