Mr. Northridge, a graduate of Hanover Park High School in New Jersey, also graduated from Dickin- son College in 1981 with a B.A. in economics and political science. He received a law degree from George- town University Law Center in 1984 and now works for the Environmen- tal Protection Agency in Washing- ton, D.C. He became a member of the D. C. Bar in December, 1984. Teen Miss will receive a $1,000 cash scholarship award and will go on to represent the state in the New York City National Finals where she will compete with 49 other state finalists for the title and crown of U.S.A.
