SPECIAL RECOGNI-
TION: The ‘God and .
Family Award” is a struc-
tured program, working
towards strengthening the
relationship of a 9 or 10
year old scout to God,
church, family, friends
and fellowmen. The scout
works directly with the
pastor of his church, for
months, on designated
projects. Mark Chappell
had the honor of receiving
this religious award. It
was presented to Mark by
his pastor, Rev. Andrew
Pillarella, at the Trinity
Presbyterian Church. Also
participating in the service
were Mark’s parents, his
Webelo leader, Ron Loef-
fler, and his Color Guards,
Sean Loeffler and Barry
Smith. | ;
In the recent district
rocket race, held at Pitts-
ton Armory, Darren
Michael, Webelo, placed
second.
