He is one of the youngest men to hold this rank. Joe is currently assigned to Lowry Air Force Base, Denver, Colo., where he is serving as the Executive Officer to Maj. Gen. William R. Usher, Commanding General, Lowry Technical Colonel Congilio is a 1957 graduate of Swoyers- ville High School where he starred in football for Coach Jehn YonKondy’s great 1956 team which took the championship. Joe is th son of Mrs. Wanda Coniglio of Sidney His family and many friends wish the new Steve and Joe Germick, sons of Dan Germick of Loyalville, shot turkeys last week while hunting on Sorber Mountain.
