Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ella Sheaman Daubert. © Her husband, Henry Groff, died in 1972. Mrs. Groff was a graduate of GAR High School and was a member. of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Shavertown, and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Trucksville Volunteer Fire Department. Surviving are a son, Charles E. Groff, at home; daughter, Mrs. Marilyn Eckart, Vernon, N.J.; sister, Mrs. Jane Snyder, Lancaster; and two grandchildren. Funeral was Saturday with Rev. Lynn H. Roth: rock, pastor of St. Paul's ficiating. Interment was died Wednesday, July 1 in Mercy Hospital. A native of Wilkes- Barre, she was born Aug. 21, 1904, a daughter of the late: Malcolm and Bessie Haris Peters. She was a graduate of Coughlin High School and had made her home in Dallas the past 25 years. Prior to her retire- ment, she was employed by the Comerford Theater Company as a cashier. of James J. Bonita; who died in 1975. She was a member of the Second Welsh Congregational Church, Wilkes-Barre. Surviving are sisters, Mrs. James T. Murphy Sr., Ashley; Mrs. Betty P. Jenkins, and Mrs. Harold R.
