DARING’S
Both of ‘these programs
give students’ a broad
based exposure to’ the
knowledge relative to
visual communications
and power technology
studies. Major goals of
the program are basic job
entry skills or improved
standings for post
secondary education.
This program has
served the purpose of
change-agent in the in-
dustrial arts’ program
making it possible to gain
additional lab space and
offer an incentive for the
investment of more local
money into’ supplies,

equipment and facilities.
The fact that the program
is conducted by industrial
arts educators has caused
a major effort to keep the
program congruent with
the ideals and principals
of a good industrial arts
program whiel
teracting with some goals
of a vocational natures.
This goal has been
achieved and the success
of the industrial arts
.department bears out the
theme that ‘“‘Something
Good is Happening at
Lake-Lehman’’ in the
school’s ‘“‘Quest = for
Quality.”
