The next meeting will be held on June 14 at the Castle Inn. Marriage vows were exchanged recently by Miss Gail Ann Hartman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ned Hartman of Idetown, and John J. Stredny, son of Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Stredny Sr., of Dallas. The nuptial mass was performed in Gate of Heaven Church by the Rev. Anthony Stredny of Magnolia, Texas, uncle of the bridegroom. The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore a gown of white silk organza over peau tafetta lining-molded bodice of Venice lace-high crown collar encircled. with matching lace-double capelet sleeve-soft flowing skirt-complete with an attached chapel train. Her lace-edged silk illusion veil fell from a beaded lace Juliet cap. She carried camelias surrounded with babys breath, lily of the valley, violets, greens and white satin stremers. Miss Holly Booth was maid of honor. All at- tendants wore Grecian styled melon Giana gowns. The bodice was styled with a modified boat neckline with a Venice lack yolk. They wore babys breath in their hair and carried long stemmed roses and babys breath tinted to match their gowns. Brides maids were Miss Nancy Callahan and Miss Donna Watkins. Nicholas Stredney Jr., was best man: for his brother. Ushers were Ward Hartman and David Hartman, brothers of the bride. The mother of the bride selected a chiffon sea foam gown, featuring , a hankerchief hemline, she wore a corsage of white roses and baby breath. The bridegroom’s mother chose a floor-length gown of pale pink. She wore a corsage of tinted pink roses and baby breath. Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Stredny Sr. hosted a rehersal party A variety shower was given by her attendants at Booth. The bride is an alumna of Dallas High School, at- tended L.C.C.C. and is presently employed ‘in business with her father. The groom also is an alumnus of Dallas High School and is associated in the family’s nursery business. Following a wedding trip to the Rocky Mountains the couple is residing in Dallas Twp. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Heidel of Ferguson Avenue, Shavertown, will celebrate their 33rd wedding anniversary, Friday. The couple was married May 25, 1946, by the late Rev. Semettkosky. Their attendants were Irene Evans, sister of Mrs. Heidel, and the late of three daughters, Mrs. Reba Yarnal, Shaker Heights, Ohio; Mrs. Elaine Eck, Jersey Shore; and Donna, at home. They also have two grandchildren, Jennifer and Adam Yarnal. Heidel is employed by Lehigh Electric and Engineers, Wyoming. Mrs. Heidel is employed by the Dallas School District.
