After tomorrow, unpaid township and per capita taxes payable with an added five per cent penalty. Because of the growing number of unpaid per capita taxes in Nor- thmoreland = Township, those delinquent taxpayers will be receiving past due notices as township of- ficials initiate a drive for the collection of unpaid per capita taxes. Nor- thmoreland = Township residents will have until January 1 to pay the delinquent per capita taxes. After that date, further action will be taken to collect all delinquent per capita taxes, it was an- nounced.
