HOWARD KELLEY Howard Kelley, formerly of Centermoreland, died Saturday morning in Scranton Mercy Hospital. Mr. Kelley was em- ployed 45 years by Bell Telephone Company and served as a captain in the Army during World War II. An Army veteran of World War II, he was employed as an operating engineer. « Mr. Desiderio was a past commander. of Harveys Lake Post 973, American Legion, and was a charter member and past presi- dent of Harveys Lake Rod and Gun Club.
