moving from their trailer home

holiday with her sister Mrs.

Cart Banquet at Hughesville
last week. Steven received two
trophies and a radio as All Star
of the year.

Miner and family of Chenango
Forks, N.Y., spent a few days
with his father, Jacob Miner.

at a hospital in Berwick.

day party in her honor recently.

Mrs. Dave Williams has re-
turned to the home of her son,
Loren Fritz, and his family at
Fayetteville, N.C., after spend-
ing the summer and early fall at
her home here.
David Bates has returned to
his home after a tour of duty in
Vietnam. He is the son of Mr.

at Dallas High School
Two auditoriums were needed
to accommodate 200 couples at
the Dallas Senior High School
Saturday for an afternoon and
evening of relaxed square danc-
ing sponsored by the Penn-York
Square Dancing Association.
Caller Carl Hanks and his
Circle Eighters, a group of
dancers from Wyoming Valley
and the Back Mountain Area,
played host along with the
Abington Allemanders, Pioneer
Promenaders, Rare Squares
and the Saints and Ain’ts. Mn:
Hanks, joined by ‘Dick Jones;
Long; island; N.Y:; Harry
Lackey, Greenboro, N.C.; Red
Correll, Waymart, and Dot and
Murray Truax, did the calling:
One room was used for round
dancing and one for challenge
dancing.
A western roast beef dinner
was catered in the school cafe-
teria.
