Mrs. Bell and grandmother, Mrs. Charles Brobst, left for Washington to see the new baby. Also making the trip were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Oatridge, Frank Jr., and Mr. and Mrs. Roger Brobst. Tommy Andrew, a boy was born to his sister. The new lad was named for Mr. Andrew. Mrs. Edward Hall underwent surgery Thursday at Temple University Hospital, Philadel- phia. Smith, president of Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania, that arrangements should be made now to insure continued coverage for these persons, be- ginning Jan. 1, 1970. “Under existing Blue Cross and Blue Shield family agree- ments,”” Mr. Smith said, ‘‘par- ents may include their depen- dent children until the last day of the year in which they attain their 19th birthday.
